There is a widely held view among some companies that the employees are forced to wear uniforms with no other options at all times when going to work. Although there are some drawbacks to this regulation, I believe it is more beneficial to the firms in many ways.
There are some certain disadvantages to bringing this policy into the mandatory rules system in the companies. Firstly, some staff strongly object to wearing dress codes all the time due to thinking that they are stripped of freedom. Many have already made careful preparations about the luxurious outfits but that policy seems to prevent them from showing off towards others. Secondly, there is a likelihood that several employees do not match the colors as well as the shapes of the original models. A typical example could be someone who is likely to be overweight and has a tendency to have low self-esteem whenever commuting to the companies, which sets a limit on their work productivity.
Despite some mentioned drawbacks, there are various advantages associated with this regulation. The first thing is the uniform-related rules beneficially promote the image of the company towards not only customers but also the coordinator. The reason here is that it represents unity and an organized working style, which proves the company’s power inside. The next strong point is to create an equal working environment for staff, everyone is equivalently given the same opportunities to move up the ladder without bias. Thanks to this fair treatment, employers are also not concerned about the unfair rights and are encouraged enthusiastically to try their best at work.
In conclusion, it is undeniable that a huge number of well-known companies decide to force them to wear uniforms since its advantages could outbalance the disadvantages it carries.
