In recent years, in advanced in technology, it seems that the mass media plays an important role in our daily lives.Indeed, television is one of the most useful media because of its considerable benefits but as a coin has two sides, watching television has its own advantages and disavantages.

One the one hand, it is undeniable that watching television bring many advantages .One of the main advantages is that children can learn foreign language sush as France, English, Spanish,...on TV programs.Moreover, children can be good at cooking, doing the garden and so on through practical courses. FIinally, through watching TV on a regular basis, children can broaden their horizons, not only can children get the latest information easily and rapidly without leaving home but they also learn more and more about the world where they are living and see many interesting things.

On the other hands, If children imposed on watching TV so much, TV will have negative impacts on their life.First, children will get addicted that as a result, they aren't interested in learning and will be distracted that cause children get bad marks. Second, children have short-sightedness due to just looking at the screen for hours. Finally, watching TV so much make them unheathy because they don't do more excercises or do outdoor activities. In a nutshell, Th think that watching TV will be useful for children if they know to use it effectively.
