some basic questions (tenses and such)
My experience in the field of physcology begun in 1990, when I was a worker for the childrens' physcology ward at Belmont Mental Hospital. For the last eight years, I have been working as a physcologist for the K.N. Mernin Hospital.

Should begun be began.. or is it ok? Also, should have be had? i'm not quite sure. Help will be very apprecieated. please point out any other mistakes if you see any. Thanks.
