some basic grammar question

I am always looking for perfect grammar. I am still learning every day.

Which one is correct?

1. My teacher taught us that the earth rotates always.
2. My teacher taught us that the earth rotated always

When I want to refer to someone telling us something which is an universal truth, but in the past sense, what is the tense for the reported speech?

And then .how about this?

1. When I was in school, my teacher taught us that time and tide waits for no men.
2. When I was in school, my teacher taught us that time and tide waited for no men

Time and tide waits for no men, doesn't look like to be scientific thing. So, which one is correct?

That's it about reported speech

---- Become ----

Which one is correct?

I become realized that she is a liar
I have become realized that she is a liar

I think they are almost identical by all sense. Is it ?

My suggestions: When I was in school, my teacher taught us that time and tide wait for no man. My teacher taught us that the Earth is constantly rotating.

It is always correct to match tenses, thus:

Even the ancients knew that the earth was round.

But you may, if you wish, report in the present tense, thus:

Even the ancients knew that the earth is round.

I tried to find that combination on fraze.it, which usually delivers thousands of hits, and I found only two examples.

It's great that the potential has started to become realized.

hrsaneialways cannot be placed at the end of a sentence.
Yes, it can. It's usually not a good idea to place it there, but end-position is not necessarily wrong.
hrsanei You have to use present tense for things that are still true regardless of the time they were told.
No, we don't. Backshifting is always possible.

I have never seen "always" being used at the end of sentence in formal context. I assume it could only be used in informal spoken conversations. Could you give me some examples of "always" being used at the end of a sentence.

I am British first, last and always.
It's a pleasure to be here, as always.
I have loved you always.

In the third example, as in many similar examples, we would normally expect to see 'always' earlier in the sentence. It is good advice to tell a learner not to end a sentence with 'always', but it is not true to say that they cannot end a sentence with 'always'
