Some

Can we use "some" to modify adverbs just like "a bit" or "a little" ?
For example, can we write "He moves some faster than I do" in place of "He moves a little faster than I do" or "Do you want to sleep some more ?" instead of "Do you want to sleep a little more ?" ?
