Some?

Could you tell me please if there is any difference between these two sentences after adding 'some'?

I am going to buy coffee.

I am going to buy some coffee.

Hi,
Could you tell me please if there is any difference between these two sentences after adding 'some'?

I am going to buy coffee.

I am going to buy some coffee.

I don't see any real difference here.
