Hello,

1. Some boy or the other have eaten my lunch.

I have to correct it.

a) Some boys or the others have eaten my lunch.

b) Some boys or the other has eaten my lunch.

Which one is correct?

Could any body explain why (1) is not correct?

Thanks.
