sometime - some unspecified time. This relates to when something will happen.

sometimes - occasionally. This relates to how often something will happen.

I've brought your other related query into this thread. It gets confusing and there is too much repetition when you post all possible variations as separate threads.

1) I'll see you again a certain time.

2) I'll see you again certain times.

These would have to be at a certain time/ at certain times.

They don't sound very natural at all. I could probably 'force' an appropriate context but they are not really that natural.

A certain time = you are thinking of a specific time and date (and probably place: so why not just say it?)

at certain times = you are thinking of several specific times/dates and possibly places when you expect to see them. It gives an impression of restriction on when you will see someone. I can imagine a headteacher saying 'I see pupils in my office only at certain times' to discourage them from casually dropping by.

2. I'll see him sometime next week. (I'll see him once only.)
3. Sometimes it's impossible to understand him. / It's sometimes impossible to understand him.
(More than once. Sometimes comes from some times, a few times.)

According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, sometime (also some time) at a time that you do not know exactly or has not yet been decided: I saw him sometime last summer. We must get together sometime.
