This could mean that there is only one pastor at that church. (That church has only one pastor.)

Does that mean "solo pastor" can also be a "senior pastor", or "senior pastor" is a title reserved for whose church has more than one pastor/minister?

I don't know how various churches handle the titles.

I don't know much about the use of the term in the Christian denominations that have ministers such as Methodists, Mormons, etc.

However in the UK the RC church uses Parish Priest as the senior and Curate as the assistant. The Anglicans use Vicar and Curate respectively. The term 'pastor' is used in the job description but not in the title, if you understand me.

Depends on the church.

In non-mainstream churches they basically just get to make up their own titles and you do get some weird and wonderful ones, particularly in the evangelical or Penatacostal ones. Pastor is quite common, along with senior pastor (you could have several senior pastors at a larger church). I imagine that solo pastor would mean the only one at the church.

As expected:
------
Solo Pastor A minister serving a pastorate without associates.

And to throw this in - if there were only one minister/pastor at a church, it would be very odd to refer to him/her as the "senior" pastor.
