In my opinion,does "SOLID" mean "PROMISE"?
Now this sentence is just to say "I am calling a promise you owe me(you gave me)." and "You should keep your promise."

I also heard it recently in a television cop show, where one cop asked another for "a solid". The first then asked for a favor with no questions asked.
