Soliciting comments on the electrical power connecting with air conditioning system

I would like to seek comments on whether the sentences below are correct or not.

  1. A whole set of water-cooled chiller (included chiller, chilled water pump, condensing water pump and cooling tower) should be designed on an electrical circuitry system. It means the electrical power for the whole set of chiller is connected to the master essential or non-essential electrical power only.
  2. To facilitate the maintenance and 24 hrs operation of the air conditioning system
  3. For a project at building in 2011, non-essential electrical power was only designed for all chilled & condensing water pumps. I conducted a cable diversion to satisfy a whole set of a chiller with an essential electrical power.
