SoftwareS

Hi,

Background:
According some dictionaries, "software" is an uncountable noun.
However, when googled "softwares", there are many examples.

Question:
Will you use "software or softwares" in my sentences?

Sentence1:
I am familar with Word and other software / softwares.
Sentence2:
I am familar with many software / softwares.

Thanks

Many people whose English isn't particularly good write English. That's why a Google search will give many examples of nearly everything. Software is uncountable: no plural s and many is impossible before it.
