I've graduated high school, but other people (including myself). Are starting to notice that my grammar and sentence structure is not all that good. I was wondering would I just be wasting my time going to college and is it possible to just buy a software program? I know a private teacher would be fantastic, but it would be too expensive and it wouldn't come with the benefit of a certificate/degree. Especially how most things in life, even college, is depended on how hard you study at home. So I just need some sort of aid like a software program. To tell me when I am wrong and right.
A good example of the type of software program I am talking about is something like this, "Human Japanese Intro + Intermediate Combo Pack." What I like about this program it explains everything perfectly. It gives you in between quizzes to practice each new thing taught and big quizzes before you can go onto the next course.
If anyone is asking. Yes, I'm a native english speaker. I've been thinking about wanting to become a editor, fiction writer, and possibly a translator in the future. Yet I'm getting ahead of myself for wanting to translate when my base language is so poor.
