Soft serve ice cream

How would you describe a soft serve ice cream?

"It has a twisted peak."

"It has a swirl on top."

"The ice cream server sculpted it into a twisted tower." (I'm not sure about this one. It sounds a bit strange to my ear.)

Would these sentences work?

I know it's a silly question. I'm sorry for that.
