Soft reminder
I have requested last week to my IT Manager for support for some problem solution, which I am facing last few days. Still waiting for the solutions and support.
Please can you prepare a small follow-up draft email for my behalf, so I can sent to my IT Manager as reminder of my earlier complaint which is not yet solved.
