social norms/standards/etiquette

I don't know if I have the right words? What would be the words to use?

Which is grammatical and correct? Can you say 'socially accepted norms dictate'?

Social norms/standards/etiquette dictates that you get married and then have children.

Could you tell me how to naturally phrase 1,2,3 please?
Here are other social norms:

1 You offer an elder man/woman to be first at anything like standing in line, having ur seat.
2 You treat managers, professors or anyone above higher than you with respect.
3 You wearing specific clothes for each occasion or timing, for not to "feel odd".
You avoid burping or farting in public.

Thanks
