It is evident that social network addiction is a popular problem nowadays. I am of the opinion that this is caused by a number of factors and leads to many negative effects.

There are some reasons why social network addiction occurs rapidly nowadays. Firstly, the pressure come from family about learn made us more and more abuse social network. For example, if we get low points, parents will laugh with us that do not need reason. Secondly, we find sympathy for ourself to receive care from everyone but we do not know that is not trust. For instance, now young people often online Facebook to say about themself, share status of them.

There are some serious effects of social network addiction nowadays. For these reason, it leads to serious bad health as insomnia. For example, we can stay up still midnight to use social network. We can see that when entering the cafe, everyone do not to talk together but hold the smartphone to online Facebook, Instagram, Youtube... . For instance, statistics have shown that in Viet Nam is in the top 10 of the World using social networks a lot.

In conclusion, use correct way and should not abuse it.
