Just your typical, multi-pronged social kamikaze. Public enemy?

I evict farmers from their land. And I mine that land

I read it as the opposite of anti-social. Someone who socializes excessively without regards for other's feelings.

Kamikaze = Japanese pilots that ran suicide missions in WW2.

It could be but the sentence goes on to say that he evicts farmers from their land.

So I read it as :-

Just your typical, multi-pronged anti-social jerk, I evict farmers from their land. And I mine that land....

I guess that is the beauty of literature, we all have our own interpretations.
