Hi,

1. "We're going to play football." Are you up to it or should it be are you up for it.

2. I did a little bit of research on my own name. After all it is my name. Or

I've done a little bit of research on my own name. After all it is my name.

3. I just gave my number to my friend's friend. Should I say:

I gave her my phone number. Or

I've given her my phone number.
