So yummy

- Last week I went to a vegeterian buffet at Johnson restuarant. The food was so yummy.

- Is this sentence grammatical?

It's fine grammatically, but "yummy" is not the best choice here. "Yummy" is sort of a childish word. The food was delicious/excellent would be better.
