SO vs THAT

I´m SO tired I have to sleep.

She´s SO / THAT beautiful.

She´s SO /THAT beautiful she blows my mind.:
Is both (= So or THAT) possible or is it rather that you use "SO" as an exclamation and THAT if you provide context to go with, e.g. a comparison?

I'm so tired. = I'm very tired.
I'm that tired. = I'm as tired as something previously mentioned, or so tired as to cause or bring about something previously mentioned.

She's so/that beautiful. -- works analogously.

She's so/that beautiful she blows my mind. -- these mean the same, but "that" is less standard than "so".
