That is poorly written. "So" is out of place there. To use "so", it would have to be something like "*** did not provide you with His channel of blessing so that you can …."

No. The meaning would be wrong. "Such" would say that the channel of blessing (whatever that may be) was not designed that way, but what is meant is that ***'s intention in creating it was not that.

But all this is moot because granting the existence of this ***, it is absurd to comment on His intentions as though we are privy to them or to wax explicatory about a supposed creation of his that we just made up using terms that do not appear in scripture. Neither version, with "so" or "such", makes any sense.
