So vs. such

so vs. such


The sentence below is from the following web page.

God’s channel of blessing is not so that you can hoard it and keep it to yourself.


In this passage, to my English learner’s sense as a second language, it seems OK to use ‘such’ in place of ‘so’. (Am I right?)

If I am wrong what’s wrong with my sense, and if you can, an example sentence of the usage of such SUCH would be much appreciated.

That is poorly written. "So" is out of place there. To use "so", it would have to be something like "*** did not provide you with His channel of blessing so that you can …."
