So that would/would have/did

Hello! Today while I was studying I came across these three sentences.
I'm wondering if there are any differences between them. If there are any can you please explain to me what every one of those sentences mean? I am also not sure if they're 100% grammatically correct though,

1. I took my sister to the mall so that she wouldn't get mad at me.

2. I took my sister to the mall so that she wouldn't have gotten mad at me.
3. I took my sister to the mall so that she didn't get mad at me.

Thank you in advance!

2. I took my sister to the mall so that she wouldn't have gotten mad at me.
3. I took my sister to the mall so that she didn't get mad at me.

(1) and (3) are possible, but (1) seems preferable. (2) doesn't work properly.
