"So that much" or "that much"?

Please check whether the following sentence is correct.

" At that time, I really liked my job so that much"

Q1] I'm not sure whether using "so" there. Could you tell me whether "so that much" and "that much", both are okay?
Q2] Can I write "At that time I really liked my job so that much though"?

No, it doesn’t work at all.

That’s even worse, I’m afraid. Without further context, it seems to me that just At that time, I really liked my job would suffice
