1. Given: He worked so hard that he passed with several distinctions.
Rewritten: He passed with several distinctions as he worked very hard.
2. Given: Mi Mi is so helpful that people love her.
Rewritten: People love Mi Mi because she is helpful.
3. Given: It was such a cold day that we stayed indoors.
Rewritten: We stayed indoors because it was a very cold day.
In rewritten sentence for #1, why can't we use the words "so and too?
In rewritten sentence for #2, Why can't we use the words "so and very"?
