So stupid as to

In the construction "so ..... as to do ......." , how can we differentiate between the present and future tense ?
For example , when we say "I am not so stupid as to keep the door open" , it can mean :
1. I don't keep the door open.
2. I will not keep the door open.

Hi, In the construction "so .. " , how can we differentiate between the present and future tense ? I wouldn't call this a matter of present/future tense, but rather a matter of present/future meaning.

What about the past tense ?
Can we say "I am not so stupid as to have kept the door open."
