I wounder whether the usage of the verb ‘dedicate to’ fits in this context:
’There are lots of softwares and applications that are dedicated to teach math to young children.’

Note that the noun 'software' is uncountable, so you can't say softwares . dedicated shows a strong commitment. Less strong, and more common, is eg i ntended.
