So smart for his age?

Hi! everyone.

Could you tell me whether the below sentence is possible based on this construction; "You are not so smart for your age"?

A friend of mine set a profile picture on his profile which gives the impression that he is very intimidating. Now is it grammatical and idiomatic to write "You are not so intimidating for having this dp."

I want the same sentence construction. if mine is wrong, could you rectify it?

Thanks.
