Has John passed the exam?

I think so.

I think not.

But, the following verbs are not used like that.

*I speak so / not.

*I wonder so / not.

*I remember so / not.

Would you correct the sentences,?

What I tried to do is this:

I speak it too / I don't speak it either.

I wonder it too / I don't wonder it either.

I remember it too / I don't remember it either.
