So much money

Can one say
a. He will earn so much money that he cannot spend.
b. He will earn so much money that he cannot spend it.

c. He will earn as much money as he can spend.
d. He will earn as much money as he can imagine.

e. He will earn as much money as he can imagine earning.
?

As to (d) and (e). they are obviously hyperbolic statements you would only see in commercials and internet scams. But grammatically speaking, what is the object of 'imagine' in (d)? Does it mean the same as (e)? Or does it say he will earn an amount of money superior to any amount he can imagine?

Many thanks.
