Is it even correct to say so???For ex:"I have not touched a single piece of meat after so much attempt to suppress the desire."Is that even right?Thanks in advance:)

Not correct. Better: "so many attempts" or "such a strong attempt".

No, it's not right.

In addition to the suggestions already made above, there's also this, with the commonly used collocation "try hard":

... after trying so hard to suppress the desire.

There is still something a little anomalous about your sentence, though. We would normally say "after trying so hard" if we were expressing failure: I finally ate a piece of meat after trying so hard to suppress the desire.

For success it goes more like this:

I have not touched a single piece of meat because I have managed to suppress the desire.
