In the question "So many time waiting just to see that?" is the grammar correct?

Context: A child has been waiting for long time to see a magic act. After see the act the child is dissapointed.

No, it isn't right. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to say, or why it is a question, or even who is speaking (the child?). It may be that you mean "I waited so long just to see that?!", a kind of exasperated rhetorical question.

By the way, you can also say "I've waited all this time just to see that?!". Probably this is the default way that I would say it.
