So many prepositions together???

Dear native teachers,

I think the sentence below has too many prepositions together. Is that sentence correct?

« Contractor shall pay the amount referred in to in the Payment Certificate within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice relevant to the Payment Certificate.»

Is it possible to have those three prepositions together in line?

Thanks for your clear answers.

You can, but I think the first "in" is a typo. It was [referred to] [in that document]. " What for - why bring up - bring it upstairs (presumably) Being read to - read aloud From that book

The one example I love is "What did you bring that book I don't like being read to from up for?"

What for - why
bring up - bring it upstairs (presumably)
Being read to - read aloud
From that book
