So many doubts!!

Hi,

please can some English native speaker can check this sentence? My comments are reported in brackets.

"Dear XXX,

please don´t understimate the work on the artwork (here, "work"means analizing and printing the artwork) . (could I say, "the work which is behind the artwork??)

This work requires (or needs?) much time and therefore we always ask for sending the material ("material" here means artwork) well in advance and not last minute so we´ll be able to garantee the good outcome of the job (job????)."

I have so many doubts about this text!! I need a correction and explanation

Thanks!!

Artwork is too general. Use specific vocabulary. If it is a photograph, then say: Please don't underestimate the time to produce the prints from your digital files (or negatives), mount and frame them.

Hi,

thank you so much for your help and efforts. I think I should specify what I mean for "artwork" and describe the situation so you can understand better what I need to express.

With "Artwork" I mean, pictures. Customers have to send pictures which will be printed and sticked on the stands´panels.

Usually these pictures are sent by e-mail in PDF format.

Printed pictures we call "Artwork" is it wrong? Or better to say graphics?
Artwork and graphics are not wrong; but the terms are so general that it makes any instructions very difficult to express clearly.

A PDF (or a jpg, etc. ) is a digital file, and your company is printing them. So say the following

Please don't underestim

Thank you, you explained the concept clearely.

Could you be so kind to underline in my original text the sentences that are really wrong in red colour and in different colours the ones you think are possible but not natural for an english native speaker?

This would be really of help.

Thanks!!
