So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.


How to understand the Above "So long as ... So long" structure? I can't find the combination in any modern english dictionary, is that a Correlative Conjunction like "the more ... the more" and "not only ... but also ..." ?
