Grammar

so hot that you're cold

How would you write these 3 sentences please?

1 You know when you have a fever so high, you feel cold.
2 When you are so hot that you are cold, that's when you know you are sick.

Is inverse relation correct?
3 Some times you might not feel hot but you might have a fever. How hot you feel could be in inverse relation to your body temperature.

Thanks
