So for him to say it again

Hello everybody.

I have three questions and I need your help.

He has already complimented me on my hair style, so for him to say it again...he must really mean it.

I can't get the meaning of the underlined.

And just as easily as it came, his interest disappears.

Is ' as easily as it came' an expression? If so what does it mean?

My friend wanted me to dye my hair a vibrant red shade but her daughter tells me,' Don't listen to her. Two or three buttery shades will look sick in your hair.

I can't find the rely between red and buttery shade! Would you please help me?

I really appreciate you for your help ??.
