SO FAST AND LOW IT'S JUST WHISTLING

Hi friends,
I don't understand very well what does mean this sentence from Miles Davis's Autobiography:

'The car (my Ferrari) is moving so fast and low it's just whistling.'

Could someone explain it to me?

Thanks in advance, Jo.
