So do we

Hi,

A: "We are getting along so well" <----Describing A and her boyfriend C
B: "We are getting along so well too" <------B is asking A to be his boyfriend

Is there any way to rephrase what B said?
Can B say, "So do we" ?

Thanks

'His' tells me that B is a boy. You are also telling me that A is a boy, since he can be a boyfriend.
So you are telling me that A and B are both boys?
Or perhaps you meant to type B is asking A to be

JimmyylSo do we
No. You have to repeat the "operator" in the original statement (forms of auxiliary be, auxiliary have, and modals.)

We are getting along well.
So are we.
I can reach the ceiling.
So can I.
Mary has seen that movie.
So has
