"So as to prevent tricks with regard to the price on the part of them"

So, you have added this clause to the contract so as to prevent tricks with regard to the price on the part of them?

Is everything fine with this sentence? If not why please?

The context: there is a buyer who could possibly start to play with the price after the contract is signed, but now there has been added a clause which prevents buyer from such an oppotunity.
