So as to

1.In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.

2.In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled to be married to Anne Boleyn.

3.In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so that he could marry Anne Boleyn.

Can someone please help me understand the difference between Sentences 1,2,3?
