Are these correct please?

1 If you get so lucky as to...

2 If you so much as touch her, she'll scream.
3 If you are so arrogant as to do that, don't./arrogant enough to do that, don't.

I don't believe the third one is idiomatic. It makes sense logically, but I don't hear it that way. If you're going to do X, don't do Y.
