Snow storm

The snow storm is coming. There are three weather conditions - snow storm watch, snow storm advisory, snow storm warning.
The emergency team will be formed by the snow storm conditions - 2 officials in a snow storm watch, 3 officials in a snow storm advisory and 4 officials in a snow storm warning. They will work closely with the regional weather forecast and the press for the safe of the residents.

Is the above sentence correct?
