Snapping high

On a roll with three successive wins, Rajasthan Royals will strive to carry on the momentum while snapping the three-match losing streak will be high on Chennai Super Kings's agenda when the teams clash in an Indian Premier League match here on Sunday.
The Shane Warne-led side started their IPL campaign on a dismal note losing three matches on the trot, but recaptured their rhythm of late and are now sitting third in the points tally with three wins from six outings.

Could you please explain to me what "high" means in this context?

The unit of meaning is "high on Chennai Super Kings's agenda". Literally, if something is "high on an agenda" then it appears near the top of an agenda (a list of topics to be discussed at a meeting), and so will be discussed early in the meeting, and so by implication is of high importance. Figuratively, there does not need to be an actual written agenda: the idiom just means that the thing (in this case ending the losing streak) is important and needs to be dealt with promptly.
