Smudged mirror or glass

Hi

Are the red parts OK?

  1. My cell phone screen was smudged.
  2. The windscreen was badly smudged and needed cleaning.
  3. I don't know why this mirror keeps fogging up.
  4. The mirror was misted.
  5. The mirror was all fogged up.

All but number 4 pass the sniff test. It seems possible, but unlikely. Maybe "misty" would be more like it.
