Hi, I am not sure how to rewrite this sentences correctly according to SVOMPT:

1. Consequently with this phenomena emerge a numerous difficulties concerning a fluent discourse.

2. On the following lines will be described possible problems of the learners and some of the useful methods which can assist the people willing to become better in using a new language.

Could anynone help me to solve it?
