Today, smoking is one of the most dangerous social evils. It not only brings more complications to our bodies but also leads to long-term effects on our feelings.
First of all, the reason why many people accept a poison that can harm to their health every single day is smoking can temporarily put people in a good mood. But they don't realize that it is also put a person at significant risk of developing lung cancer. Especially in VN smoking rate has increased 18 times since 2015. One of the main explanations I can get is teenagers have trend to do an impression of adult smoking.
Besides smoking during pregnancy or women exposed to second hand smoke will go up the situation of miscarriage, asthma, and the unpredictable death of newborn.
Each of us can give a hand to decline this bad habit by adopting a green lifestyle. Propagandizing more significant message in having a healthy life. Creating more ways to resist tobacco cravings when people want to smoke. By that, people will no longer regret attributing the death to have good mood for a while.
