The following sentences are self-made. I would like to use them for a notice for our hotel guests.
Could you please check if they sound natural? I need to be polite yet natural in writing.

These days, cigarette ends are found on the hallways in the building.
Smoking is not allowed in communal areas in the building.
Please restrict smoking to the designated area and properly dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays. Dry winter increases fire danger
