SMOG the car??????

[Do not take the Lord's name in vain — MM]

what does that expression even mean?

The context goes as "If i smog the car and it doesnt pass its still the same price right? I WILL BE SO MAD"

That's the whole content of the post on the forum where I was reading on, so there's no preceding or following context!

Thanks for any help in advance.

Chivalry was referring to 'Smog the car' with his question, not my edit of his post. Sorry for the confusion.
