smells like when

Does this make sense and is it correct? I heard this in one man show?
She smells like when I've run for hours and haven't taken a shower.

Thank you

This is informal language and is confusing. I would put in what seem to be the missing words: She smells like I do when I've run for hours and haven't taken a shower.
